TUESDAY- Tangerine sesame glazed cauliflower served w/ brown rice pilaf

WEDNESDAY- Corn, black bean & sweet potato enchiladas w/ pumpkin seed salsa verde & cotija cheese
-kale farro salad w/ tart cherries & slivered almonds
THURSDAY- Sesame crusted tofu steaks on broccoli grain bowl served w/ creamy peanut sauce and shaved veggie ribbons

It's no mystery but rather elementary that serving energetic and nutritious catering service suited for a wide range of diet requirements is essential in movie making. It's so important to provide high quality catering to keep everyone happy and motivated. So, when it's not only super delicious but also wide in its variety, we can be heading towards creating a great movie! Well let's face it, our industry people tend to be international food snobs. But using My Dearest Watson for our production, a lot of us put on some weight because we kept going back for the sinful second plate!
